Terms and Conditions
By scheduling or receiving services from Accelerated Performance LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
1. Services
Accelerated Performance LLC provides automotive detailing, oil change services, and related automotive maintenance. All services are performed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service and the services selected by the Customer.
2. Pricing & Estimates
- All prices advertised are starting prices only.
- Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, level of contamination, labor required, or additional services requested.
- Vehicles may be inspected before service, and final pricing will be approved by the Customer prior to work beginning.
- Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, biohazards, or unusual vehicle conditions.
3. Payment
- Payment is due in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include [insert payment methods].
- Failure to remit payment may result in refusal of future services and possible legal action.
4. Appointments, Delays & Cancellations
- Appointment times are estimated and may change due to vehicle condition, service complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least [24/48] hours in advance.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a no-show or cancellation fee.
5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
- Customers must disclose any known mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues prior to service.
- Accelerated Performance LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:
- Scratches, dents, rust, oxidation
- Peeling or failing paint and clear coat
- Brittle plastics, trim, moldings, or aged components
- We are not liable for damage caused by:
- Prior repairs
- Aftermarket parts or modifications
- Manufacturer defects
- Normal wear and tear
6. Personal Belongings
- Customers are responsible for removing all personal items before service.
- Accelerated Performance LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle.
7. Detailing Results Disclaimer
- While professional results are our goal, complete stain, odor, scratch, or defect removal is not guaranteed.
- Some damage or imperfections may be permanent due to age, wear, or prior damage.
- Results may vary based on vehicle condition and materials.
8. Oil Change Services – Liability Waiver
By authorizing oil change services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Oil change services are performed based on manufacturer specifications and/or Customer-provided information.
- The Customer is responsible for confirming:
- Correct oil type
- Oil capacity
- Manufacturer requirements
- Accelerated Performance LLC is not responsible for mechanical or electrical failures, including but not limited to:
- Engine damage
- Oil consumption issues
- Oil leaks caused by worn seals, gaskets, or components
- Issues arising from prior service or poor vehicle condition
- The Customer releases and holds harmless Accelerated Performance LLC from liability for failures unrelated to the oil change service performed.
9. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
- Once services have begun or been completed, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results.
- If a concern arises, Customers must notify us immediately upon service completion so we may address the issue if possible.
- Refunds will not be issued due to limitations caused by vehicle condition, material wear, or pre-existing damage.
10. Limitation of Liability
- All services are provided “as is”.
- Accelerated Performance LLC’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Refusal of Service
Accelerated Performance LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous vehicle conditions
- Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
- Misrepresentation of vehicle condition
12. Photography & Marketing
By using our services, the Customer grants permission for photographs or videos of the vehicle to be used for marketing and promotional purposes, unless declined in writing prior to service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
14. Changes to Terms
Accelerated Performance LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment or authorizing services, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
